Every sausage is handmade from much loved family recipes using the correct lean-to-fat ratio. Our natural casings are all hand cleaned and there is no use of artificial ingredients, colours or flavours whatsoever.
We use a coarse grind of carefully selected 100% Australian premium meat, to ensure the best and tastiest results. All our sausages are Gluten Free, with no bread fillers being used.
We do not take shortcuts, and no expense is spared in the procurement of our ingredients. Our priority when making every sausage, meatball and burger is to create a fresh, healthy and quality product to ensure customer satisfaction.
