Order Cancellation

If you would like to cancel you order, a full refund minus a $5 service fee can be provided, if communicated 48 hours before the day of delivery. If your order is not delivered on the selected day of delivery, it will be issued for re-delivery the following day. In event of a re-delivery, you are not eligible for a refund. Please contact us at for further assistance.


Please note our entire delivery process is refrigerated and temperature monitored, ensuring all deliveries and re-deliveries are completed in a safe and controlled environment. Additionally, all boxes are insulted and packaged with an ice packs. 


Order Alterations

Any alterations made to an order must be communicated 24 hours prior to order fulfilment. Please Note - Not all requests will be possible, however our team will always strive to fulfil our customers' requests. 

Alcoholic Purchases

For orders containing alcohol, persons aged 18 years and older must collect the parcel on arrival. ID may be requested upon delivery.
