Once defrosted place in oven at 180°C for approx 30-40min
Eggplant, Flour, Eggs, Parmesan, Mozzarella, Basil, Garlic, Red onion, Peeled tomato, Salt, Thyme, Olive oil
Absolutely delicious - lots of cheese but not too oily which is great. I always have one in the freezer.

This is really good! It has lots of layers of eggplant, sauce and cheese. My kids love it!
I have bought this item quite a few times now. Very delicious. A tip though, cook it in the oven until the top is quite brown, to ensure the centre is soft and cooked through.
I love Eggplant parmigiana so much, but often dont have the time to make it. This tastes soooo good, now I dont need to make it myself
